My husband and I were looking to book a week long trip with our friends to an all-inclusive resort. Megan did a great job at giving us different options and being transparent about the prices, expectations and details about the trip. She kept us up to date on flight changes and gave us a folder with recommendations and instructions on getting to our resort safely. On our trip, my husband and I lost our passports. Megan was very helpful with emailing Nexus, our transfer company, and staying in the loop to make sure we had a plan of action. She also assisted our group in reaching out to our resort when we had some small inconveniences arise. We will definitely be using Megan for all of our future trip needs!!
